  • What are your vaccination requirements for dogs?

    For the safety of all our canine guests, we require that dogs have current vaccinations for Bordetella, Rabies, DHLPP, and Canine Influenza (H3N8/H3N2) before they can be admitted to our facility.

  • What vaccinations are required for cats?

    To ensure the health of our feline boarders, we require that all cats have up-to-date Rabies and FVRCP vaccinations prior to their stay with us.

  • What are your facility hours?

    Our facility operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with a lunch break from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM. On Saturdays, we're open from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, also closing for lunch from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM. We're closed on Sundays.

  • When do I need to check out my pet?

    Pet check-out should be completed by 12:00 PM noon. If you check out after this time, an additional day's charge will be applied to your bill.

  • How much do you charge for boarding?

    Our boarding rates are as follows: small dogs (25 lbs or less) are $45 per day, medium dogs (26-49 lbs) are $48 per day, and large dogs (50 lbs and above) are $50 per day. For cats, we charge $30 per day.

  • What are the accommodations like?

    We provide spacious 4' by 11' runs for our canine guests. Our feline boarders enjoy comfortable stays in climate-controlled 'cat condo's'.

  • Do you administer medications?

    Yes, we can administer medications for a fee of $5 per dose. We also allow owners to bring their pet's food, which must be provided in labeled plastic containers.

  • Are registration or information forms required?

    Yes, we require all pet owners to complete and submit a registration form and pet information sheet before their pet's stay at our facility.

  • Do you offer grooming services?

    Yes, we provide full-service pet grooming as part of our comprehensive 'spa resort' experience for your furry friends.
